What are Slimming World Free Foods in 2022?
Free foods are the cornerstone of the Slimming World plan, and they'll make sure that you never go hungry, and that you get all the vitamins and minerals that you need.
On a day to day basis, they'll make up most of what you eat on the plan.
Quite simply, they have no Syn value.
This means that you can eat as much of them as you like, until you're full.
You don't need to weigh or measure your portions, and it's recommended that Slimming World free food makes up two thirds of your plate at any meal.
